In the event of bad weather, we will use our website as a means to update parents of closures. A pop up screen will be used to draw attention to our open/closed state.

SCHOOL MILK

Each child in key stage 1 is entitled to receive free school milk each morning at break. When your child reaches the age of 5 you will have the option of paying for them to continue to receive this each day.  Click here to register/order and pay for this provision.  Alternatively please pick up a Registration Form from the School Office, or download one from the link on this page.

HOT SCHOOL MEALS

Each child in key stage 1 is entitled to receive a hot school meal each day free of charge.  You may also order a hot school meal for your key stage 2 child.  ABM Catering is the leading provider of catering and support services to schools and is proud to be the supplier of lunches to Great Addington Primary School.  Each school meal is freshly prepared by a team of chefs and kitchen staff and offers a healthy and tasty meal to support pupils' development in school.

There is a rotating menu of nutritionally balanced meals with a choice of  different hot meals every day, including a vegetarian option filled jacket potatoes or a pasta dish and a salad bar to encourage pupils to eat healthily and enjoy the lunchtime experience.ABM use an online, cashless ordering system provided by ParentPay which allows you to select the meals that your child enjoys and pay for them without the need for cheques or cash.  The system is both secure and flexible and meal choices can be changed or cancelled at any point up to the cut of time of midnight the day before the meal is required.New parents will be provided with an Activation Letter to enable them to activate their Parentpay account.Please see link for flier.
